- Right of Withdrawal
1.1. You have a legal right of withdrawal. You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (e.g., letter, email). The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods but not before receipt of this revocation instruction in written form.
1.2. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the goods in due time. The withdrawal must be addressed to: Thorsten Milse Amselweg 32 A, 48565 Steinfurt, Germany
1.3. In the event of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received benefits shall be returned. You are obliged to return the goods if they can be shipped by parcel. You shall bear the costs of returning the goods.
1.4. Please note that we can only accept returns if the goods are undamaged and in perfect condition. In case of damage or contamination, we reserve the right to charge for the loss in value or refuse the withdrawal.
1.5. Your right of withdrawal shall expire prematurely if the contract has been fully fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
